About the role:
As a Sales Development Team Lead, you’ll split your time between leading and motivating a team of Sales Development Reps (approximately 20% of your time) and performing hands-on outreach work (approximately 80%). You’ll work closely with your region’s Account Manager and Director of Sales to qualify, manage, and convert landscape contractor leads into new business opportunities. In this hybrid player-coach role, you’ll help ensure your team meets performance goals, maintain high-quality lead qualification standards, and contribute directly to our growth. You’ll also collaborate cross-functionally with the operations, marketing, and tech teams to strengthen sales processes and deliver an exceptional customer experience. As our company grows, you’ll have the opportunity to grow into broader leadership responsibilities.
