Who You Are
As the Marketing Project Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of HighLevel’s event experiences by combining a strategic marketing mindset with strong project management execution. You will manage marketing-specific tasks and act as the primary liaison between the Events, Product Marketing, and Business Development teams. Your ability to organize, strategize, and execute will directly contribute to the efficiency and impact of our go-to-market initiatives and community presence.
This role is ideal for an experienced project manager with a solid foundation in marketing someone who understands how campaign elements, audience engagement, and brand consistency tie into project timelines and deliverables. You thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and are passionate about events, marketing strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.
