Oversee Affiliate Acquisition efforts and affiliate managers’ responsibilities.
Manage internal processes: affiliate gamification, commissions, budget tracking.
Partner with Director to develop strategies that grow affiliate impact.
Ensure Affiliate team is trained to articulate value proposition and recruit affiliates.
Manage, mentor, and develop a team to achieve KPIs and goals.
Analyze metrics for affiliate engagement and expansion.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent SaaS experience preferred.
8 years total exp, 3+ leading a fast-paced sales/customer team.
2+ years in digital marketing (SEO, Social, Ads, Website/Funnel).
People coach with ability to mentor and develop direct reports.
Strong CRM experience; able to learn new tech.
Proficient with Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, LinkedIn; public speaking.
