About the Role:

HighLevel is seeking an experienced Tech Talent Acquisition professional to join our dynamic team. As a Lead Tech Recruiter, you will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical talent to drive our company's growth and success.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter with 5+ years of expertise in technical recruitment.

Preferred background in SaaS companies or similar high-growth environments.

Experience working in a scaled hiring environment with a proven track record of meeting quality hiring goals.

Strong knowledge of technical roles across Engineering, Product, Design, and other tech-driven functions.

Demonstrated expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to offer closure.

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing hiring managers, technical leaders, and senior stakeholders.

Awareness of market trends and dynamics in the tech hiring landscape.

Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) anddata-driven recruitment metrics.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience scaling teams to meet aggressive growth demands.

Familiarity with recruitment best practices in a global, remote-first environment.

Prior collaboration with senior leadership to align hiring strategies with business goals.
