About the Role

We’re looking for a Director of Product Operations to help scale how our product organization executes, communicates, and delivers value to customers. This role will serve as the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Customer Success — ensuring that our strategic initiatives run smoothly, our teams stay aligned, and our product decisions are grounded in customer feedback and business impact. You’ll be both a strategic operator and a hands-on leader, managing a team of six or more Product Operations Managers and Program Managers. Together, you’ll drive execution on high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that are critical to HighLevel’s growth — including internationalization, activation, product adoption, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

Program & Project Management

- Own and drive execution of key company initiatives (e.g., internationalization, onboarding & activation, product adoption, and strategic platform investments).

- Create and maintain clear project plans, timelines, and accountability structures to ensure initiatives move forward efficiently.

- Partner with functional leads to define success metrics, track progress, and communicate outcomes across the organization.

Cross-Functional Alignment

- Serve as the central coordinator across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Customer Success to align teams on goals, dependencies, and priorities.

- Facilitate collaboration between leadership and execution teams, ensuring clarity around company objectives and product strategy.

- Translate strategic goals into actionable plans and ensure follow-through across departments.

Business Reviews & Communication

- Own the creation, organization, and ongoing management of Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).

- Partner with senior leaders to consolidate progress, surface key metrics, and highlight risks and opportunities.

- Build repeatable reporting and communication frameworks that keep stakeholders informed and aligned.

Community Feedback Management

- Lead the collection, triage, and response process for product feedback and requests from our Facebook Community and other external channels.

- Collaborate with Product Managers to categorize and prioritize feedback in alignment with roadmap goals.

- Communicate updates and outcomes back to the community with transparency and empathy, strengthening the bridge between our users and our product team.

What You’ll Bring

- 7+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or Product Management within a fast-paced SaaS environment.

- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept to completion.

- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, product lifecycle management, and go-to-market processes.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills — able to distill complexity into clarity.

- Experience building scalable processes and frameworks that enable product teams to move faster and make better decisions.

- A bias for action, ownership, and collaboration — you thrive at the intersection of strategy and execution.
