967- Visual Development Artist

We need an English-fluent Visual Development Artist, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:

• Support the look and feel of the project by creating simple concept art, color keys, andvisual references.
• Assist in developing characters, props, and environments based on direction from seniorartists.
• Maintain consistency in style and visual tone across all design assets.
• Provide reference materials to guide animators and clean-up artists.
• Make small edits or adjustments to designs during production.

Requirements:

• 2 - 3+ Years of experience as a Visual Development Artist.
• Foundational drawing and design skills with a portfolio demonstrating style exploration and creativity.
• Ability to follow art direction and match an existing visual style.
• Experience creating digital illustrations (any major software is fine: Photoshop,Procreate, Clip Studio Paint, others..).
• Strong sense of color, shape, and visual storytelling.
• Comfortable with iterative feedback and quick turnarounds.
