We need an English-fluent Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM Consultant, based in Mexico, available to work remotely.We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. Responsibilities:

• Provide innovative solutions to solve the most challenging business problems.
• Shape solutions within Oracle Cloud based on key client requirements.
• Configure and test applications to check that it meets business requirements.
• Work under a continued improvement culture, challenging ideas and finding solutions toproblems.
• Provide the engagement manager with status reports and keep them apprised of overallproject status.
• Participate in training and other events that help share one’s product skills with otherPractitioners.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related field.
• 10+ years of experience as a Cloud Consultant or similar role.
• 6+ years’ experience of Oracle Cloud Applications (implementation and support).
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in the Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Module as afunctional consultant.
• Experience with one or more Oracle Cloud modules in HCM like Core HR, Benefits,Absence, and Payroll is a must.
• 5+ years of progressive experience with expertise in large-scale, enterprise software that requires high performance, scalability, and redundancy, during which both hands-on and leadership capabilities have been clearly demonstrated.
• 2 years of end-to-end project implementation experience on the Oracle Cloud Payrollmodule.
• Troubleshooting skills for technical and functional issues related to the Oracleapplications.
• Proactively work and resolve Service Requests in collaboration with Oracle Support.
• Solid technical knowledge of Oracle Cloud architecture and data model, as well as multi-organization concepts.
• Ability to drive the projects independently and work with business stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with fast formulas and costing.
• Hands-on experience with HCM Data Loaders, HCM Extracts and OTBI ReportsImplementation.
• Hands-on experience on Payroll Conversions, configurations, and Mid-Year Balancemigrations.
• Hands on Experience working in ADP Reporting and Integration issues.
• Adhere to the processes and adapt the changes set by the Organization Experience incross modules like Core HR, Benefits and Absences is preferred.
• Experience on end-to end test cases for Payroll Module.
• Oracle Applications development experience, including reports, customization,interfaces, and extensions.
• Big-picture view with the ability to understand the details of business needs, processes,and information flows through the system.
• Prior experience working in organizations to support IT services provided tointernal/external clients.
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and source code control.
• Business intelligence and reporting experience are preferred.
