GoFasti, a Talent-as-a-Service. GoFasti bridges the gap between world-class developers and designers from LatAm and first-class companies around the globe.We need an English-fluent Senior Graphic Designer, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:
- Design user interfaces (UI) for websites, mobile apps, and web applications.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to bring ideas to life.
- Create and refine brand identities, including logos, typography, and visual guidelines.
- Design assets for digital and print materials (marketing collateral, banners, campaigns,etc.).
- Ensure all designs follow accessibility, usability, and brand consistency standards.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are accurately implemented.
- Present design concepts to clients and integrate feedback effectively.
- Mentor junior designers and help refine creative processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (orequivalent experience).
- 4- 6 years of professional design experience, ideally in an agency setting.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital, web, and branding work.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience designing responsive digital interfaces and understanding of interactiondesign.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards, usability best practices, and front-enddevelopment basics (HTML, CSS, JS).
- Experience with motion design tools (After Effects, Lottie, etc.) is a plus.
- Knowledge of AI-powered design tools and current design trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Collaborative and adaptable mindset.
- Strategic thinker who balances creativity with functionality.
- Proactive, reliable, and committed to continuous learning.
Compensation:
- The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $2,500 - $2,800 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
- This position is for an independent contractor,through a payroll platform.
- The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
