Technical Support and Sales Rep

Job Description

GoDaddy is seeking a Technical Support and Sales Rep for a remote role based in the United States. This position combines technical support with sales responsibilities to help customers maximize the value of GoDaddy products. You will assist customers via phone, chat, or email, troubleshoot common issues, explain product options, and collaborate with the sales team to close opportunities. The ideal candidate has strong communication, problem solving skills, and the ability to explain technical concepts to non technical users. This is a remote role suitable for candidates located anywhere in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, chat or email
• Troubleshoot common product issues related to GoDaddy services
• Explain GoDaddy product options, pricing and features to customers
• Identify sales opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to close deals
• Document interactions in the CRM and maintain accurate records of customer inquiries
• Maintain up to date product knowledge and adhere to service level agreements
• Deliver excellent customer service and build long term customer relationships

Requirements

• Strong communication and problem solving skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non technical customers
• Experience in customer support and or sales is a plus
• Comfortable working in a remote environment and self motivated
• Familiarity with CRM or helpdesk tools such as Zendesk or Salesforce is a plus
• Authorized to work in the United States remote
