GoDaddy is a global technology company that empowers people to grow online with domain registration, hosting, and software services. We are seeking a Technical Product Manager focused on PKI and Cryptographic Compliance to lead security-focused product initiatives.

Role Overview

The Technical Product Manager for PKI and Cryptographic Compliance will define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for public key infrastructure, cryptographic controls, and certificate management. You will partner with Security, Legal, Compliance, and Engineering to translate complex cryptography and compliance requirements into actionable features and measurable outcomes.

Your Responsibilities

  • Define product vision and roadmaps for PKI and cryptographic compliance features.
  • Gather, prioritize, and document requirements; own the backlog and write clear user stories.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Security, Legal, Compliance, Engineering) to deliver secure, compliant solutions.
  • Establish success metrics, monitor product performance, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Communicate complex cryptographic concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and customers.
  • Engage with customers and partners to understand PKI needs, certificate lifecycle management, and cryptographic controls.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience in security or cryptography, with deep knowledge of PKI, TLS, X.509, and certificate management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with regulatory and privacy/compliance requirements affecting cryptography and data security.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or security certifications a plus.
