GoDaddy is a global technology company that helps everyday entrepreneurs and small businesses succeed online. We are seeking a Senior Paralegal to join our corporate legal team in a remote-capable role based in North America.

About the Role

The Senior Paralegal will support the corporate legal function with contract drafting and review, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent analytical abilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and due diligence to support corporate transactions and governance
• Manage contract lifecycle and maintain accurate corporate records
• Assist with regulatory compliance, privacy matters, and data protection initiatives
• Support litigation matters and electronic discovery as needed
• Collaborate with product, finance, and cross-functional teams to provide timely legal guidance

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of paralegal experience in a corporate or technology environment
• Paralegal certificate or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, privacy, and regulatory compliance
• Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with MS Office, Google Workspace, and common legal tech tools (contract management, docketing, eDiscovery)
