Senior Business Analyst - Sales Enablement

Overview

GoDaddy is seeking a Senior Business Analyst - Sales Enablement for a remote role based in India. In this position, you will partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product, and GTM teams to design and implement sales enablement programs, analyze processes, and drive data-driven improvements to support the go-to-market strategy.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product, and Marketing to define and execute sales enablement strategies.
• Gather and document business requirements for CRM systems and enablement tools; translate into clear specifications for technical teams.
• Analyze sales processes, identify gaps, and design improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports (e.g., funnel metrics, quota attainment, ramp metrics) to inform leadership and frontline teams.
• Support onboarding, training content, and enablement programs; promote tool adoption across the GTM organization.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in Sales Enablement within a technology company.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset; proficient with data visualization and BI tools; knowledge of SQL is a plus.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and enablement platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
• Ability to work remotely and collaborate across time zones.
