Freelance Photographer - Springfield, IL

Overview

GoDaddy is seeking a Freelance Photographer to capture high-quality imagery for our brand. This remote freelance role is based in the United States with preference for photographers in or near Springfield, Illinois. You will work with GoDaddy's marketing team to create compelling product and lifestyle photos for our websites and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute photo shoots (remote or on-site) to produce high-quality product and lifestyle images.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Direct talent, set up lighting, and manage on-location shoots.
• Retouch and edit photos using industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
• Deliver finished images in required formats and resolutions and maintain organized archives.
• Meet project deadlines and communicate progress regularly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a professional photographer with a strong portfolio (fashion/product/lifestyle photography).
• Proficiency with studio lighting, shooting techniques, and post-processing (Photoshop, Lightroom).
• Own photography gear and ability to travel to shoots as needed; remote work capability preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to translate brand guidelines into visuals.
• Ability to work independently as a freelancer and manage multiple projects.
