Job Description
GoDaddy is seeking an Aftermarket Support Guide to join the Aftermarket & Domain Services team. This remote role supports customers in Europe from our Global Remote team.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain clear, accurate aftermarket support guides and documentation for products and services.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and support teams to identify documentation gaps.
- Update knowledge base articles and FAQs.
- Assist customers post-sale by guiding them through processes and troubleshooting.
- Gather feedback to improve support processes and documentation.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience in technical writing, documentation, or customer support.
- Ability to distill complex information into clear instructions.
- Proficiency with common documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Google Docs).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of GoDaddy products is a plus; comfortable working in a remote environment.
