📋 Description

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Customer Operations team.
  • Manage direct reports; coach, train and develop staff.
  • Coordinate night/rotation teams to balance workloads.
  • Be first point of contact for operational queries.
  • Assist with complex inquiries during peak volumes.
  • Own day-to-day performance; monitor KPIs (SLA, CSI).

🎯 Requirements

  • 3–5 years in Customer Operations or a supervisory role.
  • Proven ability to manage workloads and KPIs; drive performance.
  • Lead with empathy; motivate and develop your team.
  • Clear English communication, written and verbal.
  • Calm under pressure; decisive in fast-moving environments.
  • Experience with Zendesk or Looker is preferred.
