🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years in HubSpot, RevOps, GTM Systems, CRM, or Marketing Ops
  • Deep HubSpot experience: workflows, automations, landing pages, reporting, forms, integrations
  • Strong understanding of marketing ops, lead gen, attribution, and funnel conversion
  • Experience supporting sales and marketing in fast-moving environments
  • Strong operational instincts and attention to detail
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and building processes from scratch
