π― Requirements
- 4+ years in HubSpot, RevOps, GTM Systems, CRM, or Marketing Ops
- Deep HubSpot experience: workflows, automations, landing pages, reporting, forms, integrations
- Strong understanding of marketing ops, lead gen, attribution, and funnel conversion
- Experience supporting sales and marketing in fast-moving environments
- Strong operational instincts and attention to detail
- Comfortable with ambiguity and building processes from scratch
