4+ years of full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Build relationships with senior leaders and influence decisions
Drive to identify and engage top talent and build candidate relationships
Proven ability to use data insights to refine recruiting processes
Flexible, adept at shifting tasks and priorities
