🎯 Requirements

Solid GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps experience with a strong technical focus.
Built outbound systems from scratch: enrichment pipelines, multi-step sequences, lead scoring.
Hands-on GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier.
Think in funnels; measure pipeline influence, reply rates, meetings, cost per opportunity.
Ship fast, keep it simple, and don't wait for permission.
