Own GTM stack end-to-end: CRM, enrichment, sequencing, integration glue.
Deploy AI agents for prospect research, outreach, and follow-ups.
Instrument top-of-funnel: track, cut underperformers, optimize meetings and pipeline.
Build integrations via APIs, webhooks, Zapier/Make to keep data clean.
Evaluate new AI and GTM tools; be the team's resident expert.

🎯 Requirements

Solid GTM/RevOps engineering experience with strong technical focus.
Built outbound systems from scratch: enrichment, sequences, lead scoring.
Hands-on GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot/Salesforce, Outreach/Instantly.
Think in funnels; measure pipeline influence, reply rates, meetings, cost per op.
Ship fast, keep it simple, don't wait for permission.
