- Think in funnels and measure pipeline-influenced metrics
- Ship fast, keep things simple, don't wait for permission
- Experience building GTM for AI or developer-tools
- Familiarity with contact center, CX, or telephony personas
- Background at a B2C company with B2B or API sales
