  • Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps with heavy tech
  • Built outbound systems from scratch โ€” enrichment pipelines, multi-step sequences, lead scoring
  • Deep hands-on experience with modern GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, REST APIs
  • You think in funnels and measure everything โ€” pipeline influenced, reply rates, meeting conversion, and cost per opportunity are metrics you track obsessively
  • You ship fast, keep things simple, and do not wait for permission
