📋 Description

  • Build and maintain SIMBA's outbound infra: sourcing, enrichment, scoring.
  • Own GTM stack end-to-end: CRM, enrichment, sequencing, glue between tools.
  • Deploy AI agents for automated prospect research and outreach.
  • Instrument top-of-funnel: track what works and optimize meetings/pipeline.
  • Build integrations via APIs, webhooks, Zapier/Make to keep data in sync.
  • Evaluate new AI/GTM tooling and decide what to build in-house.

🎯 Requirements

  • GTM engineering, growth eng, or RevOps with a strong technical lean.
  • Built outbound systems from scratch—enrichment, multi-step sequences, lead scoring.
  • Hands-on with GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot/Salesforce, Outreach/Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, REST APIs.
  • Think in funnels and measure pipeline influence, replies, meetings, and cost per opportunity.
  • Ship fast, keep things simple, and own outcomes.
