🎯 Requirements

  • Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth eng, or RevOps with a strong technical lean
  • Built outbound systems from scratch: enrichment pipelines, multi-step sequences, lead scoring
  • Hands-on with GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach/Instantly
  • You think in funnels; measure pipeline-influenced, reply rates, meetings, cost per opp
  • Ship fast, keep things simple, and don't wait for permission
  • Nice to Have: GTM systems for AI, voice or developer-tools
