  • Solid GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps with strong technical lean.
  • Built outbound systems from scratch: enrichment pipelines, multi-step sequences, lead scoring.
  • Hands-on with GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot/Salesforce, Outreach/Instantly, Webhooks, REST APIs.
  • Think in funnels; measure pipeline-influence, reply rates, meetings, cost per opportunity.
  • Ship fast, keep it simple, and don't wait for permission.
