  • Solid GTM, growth, or RevOps experience with a strong technical lean
  • Built outbound systems from scratch: enrichment, multi-step sequences, lead scoring
  • Hands-on GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach/Instantly, Zapier
  • You think in funnels and measure everything: pipeline influence, reply rates, meetings, cost per opportunity
  • You ship fast, keep things simple, don't wait for permission
