Own GTM stack end-to-end: CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), enrichment, sequencing, glue.
Deploy AI agents for automated prospect research, outreach, follow-ups.
Instrument top-of-funnel metrics to optimize meetings and pipeline.
Build integrations via APIs, webhooks, Zapier/Make to keep data in sync.
Evaluate new AI and GTM tooling; be the team's resident expert.

🎯 Requirements

Solid GTM/RevOps engineering experience with a strong technical lean.
Built outbound systems from scratch: enrichment pipelines, multi-step sequences, lead scoring.
Hands-on with GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, REST APIs.
Funnels mindset; track pipeline influenced, reply rates, meetings, cost per opportunity.
Ship fast, keep things simple, and own initiatives.
