  • Build and maintain SIMBA's outbound infrastructure: sourcing, enrichment, scoring, sequencing
  • Own the GTM stack end-to-end: CRM, enrichment, sequencing, and integrations
  • Deploy AI agents for automated prospect research, personalized outreach, and follow-up workflows
  • Instrument the top-of-funnel: track what works and optimize for meetings booked and pipeline created
  • Build integrations via APIs, webhooks, and tools like Zapier/Make to keep data clean
  • Evaluate and adopt new AI and GTM tooling rapidly; be the team's resident expert

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a heavy technical lean
  • You've personally built outbound systems from scratch โ€” enrichment pipelines, multi-step sequences, lead scoring
  • Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, REST APIs
  • You think in funnels and measure everything โ€” pipeline influenced, reply rates, meeting conversion, and cost per opportunity
  • You ship fast, keep things simple, and don't wait for permission
