Build and maintain SIMBA outbound infra: lead sourcing, enrichment, scoring, sequencing
Own GTM stack end-to-end: CRM, enrichment, sequencing, glue between tools
Deploy AI agents for prospect research and personalized outreach
Instrument top-of-funnel: track results and optimize meetings and pipeline
Build integrations via APIs, webhooks, and Zapier/Make to keep data in sync
Evaluate and adopt new AI and GTM tooling; be the team's resident expert

🎯 Requirements

Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps with a technical lean
Built outbound systems: enrichment pipelines, lead scoring, sequences
Hands-on GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot/Salesforce, Outreach/Instantly
Think in funnels; track pipeline influence, replies, and cost per opp
Ship fast, simple, and proactive
Experience GTM for AI/voice or dev-tools products
Familiar with contact center, CX, or telephony buyers
