  • Build and maintain SIMBA outbound infra: lead sourcing, enrichment, scoring, sequencing
  • Own GTM stack end-to-end: CRM, enrichment, sequencing, glue between tools
  • Deploy AI agents for prospect research and personalized outreach
  • Instrument top-of-funnel: track results and optimize meetings and pipeline
  • Build integrations via APIs, webhooks, and Zapier/Make to keep data in sync
  • Evaluate and adopt new AI and GTM tooling; be the team's resident expert

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps with a technical lean
  • Built outbound systems: enrichment pipelines, lead scoring, sequences
  • Hands-on GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot/Salesforce, Outreach/Instantly
  • Think in funnels; track pipeline influence, replies, and cost per opp
  • Ship fast, simple, and proactive
  • Experience GTM for AI/voice or dev-tools products
  • Familiar with contact center, CX, or telephony buyers
