Own GTM stack: CRM (HubSpot/SF), enrichment (Clay/Apollo/Clearbit), sequencing (Outreach/Instantly)
Deploy AI agents for prospect research, outreach, and follow-ups
Instrument top-of-funnel: track what's working, prune what doesn't, optimize meetings and pipeline
Build API/webhook integrations via Zapier/Make to keep data clean
Evaluate new AI and GTM tools; be the team expert on what's worth building
