- Think in funnels; measure pipeline influence and meeting rates
- Ship fast, keep things simple, and don't wait for permission
- Experience building GTM systems for AI/voice or developer-tools products
- Familiarity with contact center, CX, or telephony buyer personas
- Background at a B2C company that also runs a B2B or API sales motion
