- Track funnel metrics: pipeline influence, reply rates, conversions.
- Ship fast, keep things simple, and donโt wait for permission.
- Experience building GTM systems for AI, voice, or developer-tools products.
- Familiarity with contact center, CX, or telephony buyer personas.
- Background at a B2C company that also runs a B2B or API sales motion.
