- Hands-on GTM stack experience: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot/Salesforce, Outreach.
- Think in funnels; measure pipeline influence, reply rates, meetings.
- You ship fast, keep things simple, and don't wait for permission.
- Experience building GTM systems for AI/voice/dev-tools.
- Familiarity with contact center, CX, or telephony buyer personas.
- Background at a B2C company that also runs a B2B or API sales motion.
