🎯 Requirements

  • Solid GTM, growth, or RevOps experience with a strong technical lean.

  • Hands-on GTM stack experience: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot/Salesforce, Outreach.
  • Think in funnels; measure pipeline influence, reply rates, meetings.
  • You ship fast, keep things simple, and don't wait for permission.
  • Experience building GTM systems for AI/voice/dev-tools.
  • Familiarity with contact center, CX, or telephony buyer personas.
  • Background at a B2C company that also runs a B2B or API sales motion.
