- Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, REST APIs
- You think in funnels and measure everything โ pipeline influenced, reply rates, meeting conversion, and cost per opportunity are metrics you track obsessively
- You ship fast, keep things simple, and donโt wait for permission
