Own GTM stack: CRM, enrichment, and sequencing tools (HubSpot/Salesforce, Clay, Apollo, Outreach/Instantly)
Deploy AI agents for automated prospect research and personalized outreach
Measure top-of-funnel results and optimize meetings and pipeline
Build API/webhook integrations using Zapier/Make to keep data in sync
Evaluate and adopt new AI/GTM tooling for the team

🎯 Requirements

GTM engineering, growth, or RevOps with a strong technical lean
Built outbound systems from scratch: enrichment pipelines, multi-step sequences, lead scoring
Hands-on GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, REST APIs
Think in funnels and track metrics: pipeline influence, reply rates, meetings, cost per opportunity
