- Thinks in funnels; tracks pipeline influence, reply rates, meetings, cost per opportunity.
- Ships fast, keeps things simple, and doesn't wait for permission.
- Nice to Have: GTM for AI/voice; CX/telephony personas; B2C with B2B/API sales.
