🎯 Requirements
- GTM engineering or RevOps experience with a strong tech focus
- Built outbound systems from scratch: enrichment pipelines and scoring
- Hands-on with Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach/Instantly
- Experience with Zapier/Make, Webhooks, REST APIs
- Measures funnel metrics: pipeline influenced, replies, conversions, costs
- Ships fast, keeps things simple, and doesn't wait for permission
