π― Requirements
- Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a heavy technical lean
- You've personally built outbound systems from scratch β enrichment pipelines, multi-step sequences, lead scoring β not just managed existing ones
- Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, REST APIs
- You think in funnels and measure everything β pipeline influenced, reply rates, meeting conversion, and cost per opportunity are metrics you track obsessively
- You ship fast, keep things simple, and don't wait for permission
- Experience building GTM systems for an AI, voice, or developer-tools product
