🎯 Requirements
- Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps with a technical lean
- Built outbound systems from scratch—enrichment pipelines, sequences, lead scoring
- Deep hands-on GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly
- Think in funnels; measure pipeline influenced, reply rates, meetings, cost per opportunity
- Ship fast, keep things simple, and don't wait for permission
