📋 Description

  • Build and maintain SIMBA's outbound infrastructure: sourcing, enrichment, scoring, sequencing
  • Own GTM tech stack end-to-end: CRM, enrichment, sequencing, and the glue between them
  • Deploy AI agents for prospect research, outreach generation, and follow-up workflows
  • Instrument top-of-funnel: track results, prune what doesn't work, optimize meetings
  • Build integrations via APIs, webhooks, and Zapier/Make to keep data in sync
  • Evaluate and adopt new AI and GTM tooling; be the team's resident expert

🎯 Requirements

  • Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps with a technical lean
  • Built outbound systems from scratch—enrichment pipelines, sequences, lead scoring
  • Deep hands-on GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly
  • Think in funnels; measure pipeline influenced, reply rates, meetings, cost per opportunity
  • Ship fast, keep things simple, and don't wait for permission
