- Deep hands-on experience with GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, REST APIs
- Think in funnels and measure pipeline-influenced metrics
- Ship fast, keep things simple, and don't wait for permission
