- Hands-on GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make
- Think in funnels; measure pipeline influenced, reply rates, meetings, and cost per opportunity
- Ships fast, keeps it simple, and doesn’t wait for permission
