📋 Description

• Build and maintain outbound infrastructure: sourcing, enrichment, scoring, sequencing
\n
• Own GTM stack end-to-end: CRM, enrichment, sequencing, integrations
\n
• Deploy AI agents for research, outreach generation, follow-ups
\n
• Instrument top-of-funnel: track what's working and optimize for meetings
\n
• Build API/webhook integrations to keep data clean and synced
\n
• Evaluate new AI and GTM tooling; be the team's resident expert
\n

🎯 Requirements

\n
• Solid GTM/growth/RevOps experience with a strong technical lean
\n
• Built outbound systems from scratch — enrichment pipelines, sequences, lead scoring
\n
• Hands-on GTM stack experience: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, REST APIs
\n
• Think in funnels and measure pipeline influenced, reply rates, meetings, cost per opportunity
\n
• Ships fast, keeps things simple, and doesn't wait for permission
\n
• Nice to have: GTM systems for AI/voice/dev-tools products
\n
• Nice to have: familiarity with CX/telephony buyer personas
\n
