- GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot/Salesforce, Outreach/Instantly, Zapier/Make, REST APIs
- You measure funnel metrics: pipeline influence, reply rates, meetings, cost per opportunity
- You ship fast, keep things simple, and don't wait for permission
