Instrument top-of-funnel metrics; optimize for meetings booked and pipeline.
Build API/webhook integrations and automations (Zapier/Make) to keep data in sync.
Evaluate new AI and GTM tooling; own what's worth building.

🎯 Requirements

GTM/RevOps with deep technical lean or growth engineering background.
Built outbound systems from scratch: enrichment, multi-step sequences, lead scoring.
Hands-on with GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot/Salesforce, Outreach/Instantly.
Funnel mindset; track pipeline influence, reply rate, conversions, cost per opportunity.
Ship fast, keep things simple, and don't wait for permission.
