Support day-to-day GMP operations: ordering, receiving, inspection, and distribution.
Maintain GMP storage rooms; monitor inventory and reorder points.
Prepare for manufacturing runs with scheduling, checklists, and staging.
Serve as second SciOps on the floor during runs; assist with environmental monitoring.
Support electronic batch records and real-time data entry in MasterControl Mx.
Execute routine environmental monitoring sampling and document results.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years in GMP operations or regulated biotech; bonus if cell therapy.
Hands-on in cleanrooms; familiar with environmental monitoring and contamination control.
Experience with electronic QMS/MES systems (MasterControl, Veeva, SAP).
Organized and precise; strong regulatory documentation.
Clear communication; able to share updates with non-technical colleagues.
Comfort with Google Workspace, Asana, Notion; quick to learn MasterControl.
