Overview

Glossier is hiring a Part-Time Sales Associate / Editor in Dallas. This role blends frontline customer service with in-store brand storytelling. You will assist customers, explain product benefits, manage inventory and merchandising, and support store operations. This is a part-time position based in our Dallas store with weekend and evening hours required. You will work with the store team to deliver a positive Glossier shopping experience and help customers make informed purchases.

What you'll do

• Provide excellent customer service and product guidance to shoppers
• Assist with merchandising, inventory accuracy, and maintaining store presentation
• Process sales transactions using the register and handle returns
• Support in-store events, promotions, and editorial content creation for social media
• Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and uphold Glossier standards
