Overview

Glossier is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate / Editor in Boston to join our vibrant team. In this role you will deliver exceptional customer experiences, support product education, and contribute to editorial efforts that storytelling around Glossier products.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service and assist customers with product recommendations
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system and maintain accurate records
• Keep the store well-merchandised and inviting with accurate signage
• Collaborate with marketing/creative teams on in-store content and seasonal campaigns
• Assist with editing product descriptions and store communications as needed
• Support inventory management, stocking, and receiving

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work part-time, including some evenings and weekends
• Retail or cosmetic product experience preferred
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems; CRM experience a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Passion for Glossier and providing exceptional customer experiences
