Glossier is seeking a Director, People Business Partner to lead strategic human resources partnerships across the organization. This role will shape people strategy, organizational design, talent management, and employee experience to support Glossier's growth from its New York base.

Responsibilities

Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement people strategies that align with business goals.
Lead organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, change management, and leadership development initiatives.
Drive talent management, performance management, compensation planning, and rewards programs.
Cultivate a positive employee experience, inclusion, DEI initiatives, and effective employee relations.
Coach and develop HR business partners and people leaders across the organization.

Qualifications

Proven track record as a senior HR leader (Director level) in a high-growth environment.
Strong stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and excellent communication and coaching skills.
Experience in organizational design, talent management, and HR program management.
Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred; SHRM/PHR or equivalent certification.
