- Strong communication: transparent, clear, and structured.
- Proven ability to motivate teams and maintain high engagement.
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; willing to roll up sleeves.
🎁 Benefits
- Salary range: $81,000 - $95,000 per year.
