🎯 Requirements
- 1-2+ years in onboarding, implementation, customer success, or related SaaS role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple onboarding engagements simultaneously.
- Strong collaboration with Sales teams, especially Account Executives.
- Comfort with data migration, payments setup, and system configuration.
- Excellent communication to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in driving projects to completion.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
