  • Strong collaboration with Sales teams, especially Account Executives.
  • Comfort with data migration, payments setup, and system configuration.
  • Excellent communication to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in driving projects to completion.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
