- Maintain CRM onboarding documentation and track outcomes
🎯 Requirements
- 1-2+ years in onboarding, implementation, or customer success (SaaS preferred)
- Experience managing multiple onboarding engagements simultaneously
- Strong collaboration with Sales, especially Account Executives
- Comfort with data migration, payments setup, and system configuration
- Excellent communication for technical and non-technical audiences
- Highly organized, proactive, and risk-aware, drives projects to completion
